You can cancel a Broadcast while it is still sending. Canceling stops the send and cancels all queued deliveries, so no further emails go out.

Cancel a Broadcast

  1. Go to Broadcasts and open the Broadcast that is sending.
  2. Click Cancel on the Broadcast page.
Resend then halts delivery to the remaining recipients.
Canceling is only available while a Broadcast is still sending (queued). It stops delivery to recipients who haven’t received the email yet. Emails that have already been sent cannot be recalled.
